How to make a return
The returns policy of afiltro.eu allows you to reconsider your purchase and return the purchased item, without specifying a reason, up to 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery. If you return the item in compliance with the policy, you will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price of the returned product (shipping costs are excluded). To make a return, go to the Contacts page and fill out the form or send an email to info@afiltro.eu.
Properly pack the goods in the original packaging so as to guarantee the integrity of both the product and the packaging, ensuring that the product cannot be damaged during transport.
Clearly write on the outside of the package as sender your FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, ADDRESS, ORDER NUMBER, and indicate as recipient: Kutovyi Oleg, Corso V. Emanuele, 54, 87030 Gesuiti, San Vincenzo la Costa, CS, Italia.
Send the package by post or courier according to your preference; shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
Upon receipt of the return, the products will undergo a thorough inspection to verify that they meet the return conditions.
Within 14 days of receiving the goods, once the inspection is passed, the refund will be issued.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNED PRODUCTS: To proceed with the return, the products must be in perfect condition, with their original box and/or bags, labels, and everything that was included in the original packaging. They must therefore be in the same state as when purchased.
If the Product Is Defective
We take great care to check all products thoroughly before packing them. However, if you find a defect in the product you have just purchased, we recommend that you notify us as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from receipt of the package.

In the event that the product must be returned because it is defective, you may choose to receive an identical product (subject to availability) or a refund.
The return and shipment of the replacement product will be at afiltro.eu’s expense.
Please note that once the return is received at our facility, the products declared defective will undergo a thorough inspection to confirm their defectiveness.
If the Product Is Damaged
If the items received are damaged due to transport, please contact us by email at info@afiltro.eu within 24 hours of receiving the package, with order references and, if possible, with photos. Our customer service will assist you promptly to resolve the situation.
